Dr. David Bell:
We call the people who come see us guests. We don’t call them patients. We put it on our schedule that a new guest is coming. That sets the mind for even our staff and for me and my son to begin to understand, “Hey, we got a new guest coming in there.” It’s very much like somebody coming to your home. If you’re having a guest, you’re going to have everything ready. You’re going to have prepared what they like to eat, and you’re also going to say, “I want you to come at a certain time.” You’re going to respect that, and you’re going to be exactly on time. Your house is going to be spotless. It’s going to have fresh flowers, as we do every single week in our office. They just know when they walk in there. The first look around, it should be like home to them.
Dr. David Bell Has Served His Patients For Decades
For more than four decades, Dr. David Bell has been helping families maintain and improve their healthy smiles.
Dr. Bell pursued a career in general dentistry so he could help his community. He opened his private practice after graduating from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1970. Since then, he has continued to keep up with the latest advances in modern dentistry with countless hours of continuing education. In particular, he’s spent much of his postgraduate study on aspects of restorative dentistry. Dr. Bell has always been fascinated by the technical aspect of good oral care.
He also knows that quality dentistry starts by building good relationships with his dental guests. To accomplish this, he wants to first be a friend to everyone who visits Bell & Bell Dentistry. In fact, getting to know our guests is his favorite part of his job.
Outside the office, Dr. Bell is very active in his church. He loves to cook and bake, and he even grinds his own grain to use in his homemade bread.
