Good oral health is more than just about your teeth. Keeping your gums healthy matter, too. Today, we wanted to share a few tips with you:

  • Brush With the Right Technique – Brush twice a day using the proper technique, holding your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle and using gentle circular motions. Take time to brush along the gumline and avoid aggressive scrubbing. This removes plaque while stimulating gums.
  • Floss Thoroughly Once a Day – Floss once per day, right before you brush your teeth. Gently slide floss between teeth in a C-shape against one tooth. Move up and down to dislodge debris from below gum level that brushing misses. This helps prevent plaque accumulation between teeth.
  • Schedule Regular Dental Checkups – Professional cleanings allow us to remove built-up calculus and plaque from teeth and gums completely. Get a cleaning every six months or as often as your dentist recommends.
